IT Assistant (Student worker / Part-time)

It’s going well, in fact really well, and we need more hands to carry out the tasks, including another IT part-time assistant.
About the Position
You will be part of a growing company, where we have ~70 employees at the head office in Aalborg and ~100 in the rest of the world. We are an organization with a proactive mindset, where everyone helps each other with the many different things and challenges that arise when you are a growing company. Primarily, your tasks are focused on IT support, warehouse management of IT hardwares and the purchase of new hardware in collaboration with our other IT assistant. You will get to work when the other IT assistant takes time off and therefore requires you to have a good technical understanding, you are good at working independently and structured, you can document your work and have a flair for developing IT processes, formulating these and complying them in collaboration with our current IT Assistant.
The Responsibilities:
- Software Licenses:
Have a structured overview and access to licenses, hardware, etc. Create new employees and remove unemployed employees on various platforms and licenses. - Procurement of IT & Hardware:
Purchase of new IT equipment and other hardware for new and existing employees. Have an overview of current hardware that needs to be reset and repaired on an ongoing basis. - Inventory management of IT and hardware:
Draw up a process over the current stock of IT equipment, as you and the other IT assistant always have an overview of what is in stock, when to order new ones and when to dispose of something. - Preparation and maintenance of IT:
Preparation of PC and equipment for employees’ first day. Ongoing reset and repair of other PCs and equipment. - Ad Hoc IT Tasks:
Answer questions regarding IT, purchasing new hardware, etc.
Troubleshooting in relation to error codes of IT equipment, internet, etc.
Ongoing documentation of tasks, processes, communication with others, etc.
Your Profile
We are looking for a person with a good understanding and interest in IT, who at the same time thrives on working independently and to support colleagues in the needs that continuously arise in a company undergoing development & growth. We imagine you are a student on an education where you have gained a good technical understanding of IT and want to take care of the above responsibilities.
As many of our colleagues speak English, you must also have a high understanding of English, both written and spoken.

Location: Offices in Aalborg SV (Denmark)
Expected starting date: As soon as possible
Job type: Student worker / Part-time (16 hours pr. week)
Salary: hourly pay 170,00 kr. pr. hour + pension plan and other employee goods
